Starting from July 24th, 2018, Google AdWords has changed its brand to Google Ads. This brand change covers the full range of Google campaign types including Search, Display, and Video. Google Ads has a new logo and the brand change is also reflected in the Google’s product interface, Help Center, billing documents, URL, and much more.
Changes to Google’s brand will not impact your advertising activities or campaign performance. The general use of Google’s services will stay the same and Cobiro will continue to help you and other businesses around the world to get the most out of Google using automated advertising.
While your account and ad campaigns will run the same way, you might have noticed that Google has been gradually rolling out its new interface for Google AdWords over the last couple of months.
With the release of the new brand Google Ads, you will not have access to the previous interface anymore. For this purpose, Google has been steadily rolling out the new interface over the last couple of months. In the near future, the new AdWords experience will eventually become the only way to manage your account.
If you have any saved reports, filters, or automated rules, they have been automatically moved to the new interface version. In case your account uses a feature that is not yet available in the version (there are only very few), you have already received notifications from Google in your inbox.
