When you reset your account the data that Cobiro has collected about your online store and your campaigns will be lost. However, as soon as you have Cobiro up and running again it will start collecting new data using it for new improvements.
Below you will find the steps you need to follow to manually reset your account.
- Log into your Cobiro account
- Go to "Settings" in the upper right corner and click "Configure"
- Click on "Make Ad"
- Click "Reset AdWords" at the bottom
- Then you will be directed to the first step of the onboarding process after you have already connected your AdWords account
