Ads violating any Google policies will be disapproved, whether it is due to improper use of punctuation, using too many capital letters or ads leading to empty landing pages. Besides, it could happen that ads are leading to non-existing landing pages - also known by “404 not found” pages. For your Search Campaigns (Product and Category Campaigns), Cobiro works with the product feed that Cobiro has retrieved when it scanned your online store during the setup process. This means that whenever you make changes to your online store’s product feed, i.e. delete products or add new products, Cobiro will not be able to automatically update your AdWords Search Campaigns in accordance with the changes in your product feed. In the future, you may expect the automation of this.Therefore, when you, for example, delete a product from your feed, the ad for this product will obtain the status “disapproved” as you delete the respecting landing page. Since Cobiro won’t pause or remove this ad automatically, you’ll have to do it manually. Remember, this is only the case for Search Campaigns (Cobiro Products and Cobiro Categories), your Shopping campaign updates itself automatically as it works together with the Merchant Center. For pausing AdWords ad groups that have been disapproved, direct yourself to the notification in AdWords. Then tick the top left button selecting all the ad groups and change status under the "Edit" section, from "Enabled" to "Paused".
